What if there's bad weather?In the event of bad weather, such as winds over 15 mph or heavy rainfall, we can either reschedule your appointment or cancel it, with a full refund provided.

How long does it take to set up and take down the waterslide?Setup may take between 1 to 1.5 hours. We will arrive ahead of the scheduled time to ensure we have ample time to complete the setup. Taking down the waterslide may take between 1.5 hours to 2 hours.

How can I book multiple rentals for a single day?Email us at kauaisoiree@gmail.com with the services you want, and we will send you an invoice.

What if I don't want to rent for the full 6 hours-would the price still be the same?Yes, the price would still be the same. Whether it's a 6-hour rental or just 2 hours, it takes the amount of preparation and effort on our end, so we keep the rate the same.
