CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled event at no charge. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the event will incur a non-refundable $50 fee, which will be deducted from your total booking cost. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling is always free, regardless of when the request is made. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at kauaisoiree@gmail.com. WEATHER POLICY: In the event of bad weather, such as high winds or rain, cancellations and rescheduling are completely free of charge. Your safety and comfort are our top priority. LOCATION RESTRICTIONS POLICY: We do not have permits to operate on state or county land, including public parks or beaches. Bookings made for these locations will not be accepted. Our services are available only on private property, with the exception of the Kokeʻe area, where we do not operate. SAFTEY & LIABILITY POLICY: Safety is our top priority. Upon booking our inflatables, clients must sign a safety guidelines and liability waiver to proceed with the booking. This waiver protects us from the financial burden of lawsuits and from repair costs due to abuse or neglect of our equipment. While we take all necessary precautions to avoid accidents, they can still occur. Signing the liability waiver is mandatory; failure to do so will void your booking.
